This company offers divers many unique dives. Divers can choose trips that visit beautiful underwater lava formations off the Lanai Island, close locations on the shores of Maui, night dives where some critters sleep while others come out to hunt, as well as wreck dives.

Feel fully comfortable knowing that you are in trusted hands with personalized small groups, eco-friendly ships, and dive masters who know the local animals. Before strapping into any gear, the dive masters will talk with each person on the boat to learn how many dives they have under their belt, as well as when they last dove. They will also mention some of the creatures that may be found that day, and go over hand signals.

Extended Horizons contains a binder full of amazing pictures taken of the animals, and will talk about major species in the area so that everyone knows what they look like. The shop rents gear that you need, and can supplement with NITROX tanks upon request. They also have t-shirts for sale if you would like to buy them. Don’t forget to show your certification cards as proof of proficiency!

During surface intervals, snacks and water will be provided. Bring your own towel and extra cash for pictures at the end of the dive. If you would like pictures of yourself during  the dive, let them know and they will make sure to snap you during the dive, and some of the animals found as well.
