Much like the Hop on Hop off busses found in large cities, Amsterdam has their version; theirs are canal boats! They also have the traditional busses, but the canal boats are cool! Treat yourself to a narrated ride around the city to explore the area. You can rest your feet from all the walking, learn about the different buildings, history, and time periods of the city. The boats offer an enclosed portion which will allow you to stay a little warmer when it’s cool and keep you dry during the sometimes rainy weather. The boats make it extremely convenient to travel around the city.

The city also offers the traditional Hop On Hop Off busses that will open areas to travel away from the canals. Passes may be purchased, for different lengths of time. Keep these tickets handy, you may be asked to present them as proof of purchase at any time
