The sea-god disk waits for people.

Feel like testing if a sea god will take a bite from your hand? Na, it won’t don’t worry. This artifact was discovered, and in medieval times people were told that if they lie the disk would bite them; they had to stick their hand in its mouth first for this to happen. However, this disk is interesting, but this church has much more to offer people who decide to visit.

Once inside, this church transport visitors to eras  long gone. After viewing the pieces of artwork, and maybe even the small tomb chamber, notice as you leave a very unusual sight. On the wall is a large portion of the wall dedicated to an inscription with a human skull finely decorated on the top.

Inside, the simple beauty really shines.

Entry is free, but if you would like to visit Hadrian’s crypt, there is a couple Euro charge. The option to pay a small amount for a picture with the sea god is also available. There is someone there to take your picture sticking your hand inside. This is also a church so please be respectful in dress while visiting.
